As is the tradition at Hazera Mexico, this year we had the pleasure of welcoming visits by our customers and distributors at our new agricultural facilities. In addition to great collaboration, it was an opportunity to show our excellent displays of crops in the open field and greenhouses where we presented several successful varieties, as well as new ones that are about to be launched in the commercial market.

Fruit Logistica is one of the most important events in the Fresh Chain and attracts more than 3000 companies and more than 70.000 visitors of 86 different countries.

Hazera focusses on delivering superior value throughout the chain, with dedicated vegetable variety breeding and support, creating products that respond to needs and open growth opportunities.

This is accomplished through long-term cooperation with growers, processors, traders and retailers.

Hazera at Hortitec

Hazera at Hortitec

This year Hazera participated for the first time in Hortitec as an exhibitor. The importance of being present at the fair is mainly to promote the Hazera brand in Brazil. Until 2005 the company commercialized its products in the country only via distributors. In 2006 the own subsidiary was established, and with it, began the launch of new products. Since then the company has been growing and now, to further consolidate the brand, is present at Hortitec, the most important event in the national market of horticulture. Continue reading

AFSTA congress was a great success for us!

This year the AFSTA (African Seeds Trading Association) congress was held in Dakar, Senegal, on Feb.28th – Mar.2nd, with 300 delegates from 41 countries (both from Africa and worldwide) attending this annual event. The congress, whose participants included international and African seeds companies, also hosted meetings of the ISTA, UPOV, OECD associations. Continue reading
