Consent Form for the use of photos

I, the undersigned being photographed during the Fruit Logistica Event – taking place between 5-7 February 2025 (“Photos”) by Hazera (as defined below) or anyone on Hazera’s behalf, hereby freely consent and provide my permission, to the following:

1. Hazera may process, modify, save and store my Photos on Hazera’s servers and/or databases; and

2. Hazera may use the Photos for commercial, marketing and advertising purposes on Facebook and LinkedIn platforms, and in order to fulfil the above, Hazera may transfer the Photos to third parties, to be used only for the above purpose; and

3. Hazera is entitled to use the Photos (for the above purpose), globally.

“Hazera” shall mean Hazera Seeds B.V. and/or Hazera Seeds Ltd. and any of their affiliated companies.

I was informed that I am allowed to withdraw my consent, through a prior written notice to the following email communications@hazera.com. In case the Photos are in public domain and Hazera will not be able to withdraw them upon my request, then Hazera undertakes that following the aforesaid notice it shall cease the use of the Photos in the future.

This authorization is governed by the laws of the Netherlands and is provided according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation Act (GDPR) legislation (and its implementation in the Netherlands).
