Hazera Genetics' Quality Policy Statement

Hazera Genetics' business operations are focused on fulfilling customer needs, whilst emphasizing the quality of its products, in order for the customer to derive the optimal technological and commercial potential of the company's products. It is the company's policy to carry out all activities to the customer's satisfaction while inflicting minimal harm to the environment and ensuring the safety of the company's workers.
An integrated management system which is compliant with ISO 9001:2000 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management and OHSAS 18001 for occupational health and safety management and ISO 17025 is operated by the company for quality assurance of work procedures, for management, and to allow the company to continue to withstand the meticulous quality requirements acceptable in the seed industry. The company does this while ensuring the safety of its workers and of the environment in which it operates. A dynamic quality system is achieved with training, initiation, constancy, and imprinting a high awareness of the importance of quality management, safety and environmental quality on all of the company's workers. The constant, structured system which the company applies in order to learn from past mistakes is used as a foundation stone to continuously improve its integrated quality system.
The company has formulated a code of ethics which is communicated for implementation by all employees and managers.

Seed Quality
The company's quality system continuously supervises the seed production process for quality assurance. The process is supervised from the research and development stage, through agricultural and industrial production, to sales and ends when the farmer is provided with agrotechnical information and support.
The company sets meticulous quality objectives compared to what is demanded by the certified authorities and authorities of different countries, while maintaining its goal of standing at the industrial forefront from the aspect of enduring quality demands.
Hazera Genetics' Seed Health Laboratory plays a crucial role in seed quality control processes. In 2007, the laboratory was certified by the National Authority for Certification of Laboratories in accordance with ISO Standard 17025, in recognition of the professional competence of the Hazera’s laboratories and staff.
